What does Snowball require?
Snowball supports iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Apple Intelligence features require a supported device, system version, and locale. The rest of the app continues to work without Apple Intelligence.
Why is calendar access requested?
Calendar Constraints lets Snowball read event start and end times so it can recommend work that fits between meetings. It never changes your events. The feature is optional and can be disabled at any time.
Why is Apple Intelligence unavailable?
Availability depends on your iPhone model, iOS version, selected language, and whether the system model is ready. Snowball automatically uses its built-in local fallback when the Apple model is unavailable.
How do I delete my data?
Open Snowball Settings and choose Reset all local data. This removes tasks, recurring tasks, focus history, and the local profile from the device. You can also delete the app.
How do I reduce motion or increase text size?
Snowball follows the Larger Text and Reduce Motion choices in iOS Settings. It also supports VoiceOver and uses text or shape in addition to color for important states.
